This program will fund projects and support engagement efforts that advance the science and practice of climate resilient fisheries around the world. Through this work, we will amplify real-world examples and case studies that the global community can learn from to address this issue across various fisheries governance systems and ecosystems.
Three Broad Strategies
Targeted Convenings: Bring together experts to identify needs, priorities, and opportunities for advancing climate resilient fisheries practices.
Grantmaking: Support efforts (via Requests for Proposals) that translate and integrate research into actionable solutions.
Community-Building: Strengthen partnerships, foster new connections, and prioritize relationships to drive collective action.
